Yosemite Wedding at the Ahwahnee

I just got back from another great wedding at the Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite National Park. I've been shooting 3-4 weddings a year at the Ahwahnee since I first shot Jen and Dave's wedding a few years ago. BTW they're the beautiful couple on the banner of the official website here and they were there this weekend when I was shooting Jill and Nick's wedding, what are the odds...

I have a bunch of weddings to post on the blog but I'll start with one image from the latest one... Jill and Nick got married this weekend and everything was magical. J&N, thank you so much for letting me be part of your day. I can't thank you enough for your kindness. Of course there will be more images coming soon.




This is the time I saw the most number of wild animals around the park. We had to wait for this big guy to cross the highway very slowly in front of us and at one point I saw 8 of them at the Ahwahnee's backyard.




Everything was beautiful but cold too... that's around 0°C and we are not used to that in SoCal

On the way back I stopped to snap a photo in front of El Capitan with my buddy Rene... being behind the camera for about 4000 shots I thought I deserved one in front of it.
