Welcome to my new blog! I decided to take the time and figure out blogger (Google's blogging service) to take full advantage of the customization options it offers. I wanted to take control of the whole width of the screen to be able to show you larger images since that's one of the main purposes of this blog. I'd love to hear your feedback and please let me know if you have any issues viewing this blog.

The old blog still lives and will stay online, so don't worry if you have photos or slideshows hosted there. Just save the URL in case you have to go back: http://rudyarpia.blogspot.com Don't be shy and leave a comment... Thanks for visiting!!! More About Me | Subscribe to my blog | Visit my website

Photo Permit Required

More and more locations, venues, hotels, restaurants, cities, beaches, landmarks, are requiring photo permits nowadays even to shoot engagement sessions with just the couple, the photographer and no heavy equipment. It's not a big deal but just make sure to check beforehand so you're aware of the rules before the shoot at your favorite location.
Happy shooting!

I just ran into the exact sign that you photographed... at that campus where we shot the wedding, right? It's a $500 permit! I was shocked and had to move my location for shoot on Saturday.

You know what kills me, tourists can shoot photos, stoned college kids can shoot photos, but God forbid a taxpaying small businessperson shoot photos there!!!
